We designed and supervised the hard and soft landscape works for this new development for 474 students comprising a number of self-contained flats, housing between four and six students, and 11 single-person units. Small internal courtyards, steep surrounding slopes and poor soils presented a number of challenges for the planting which was overcome with careful selection and ground preparation techniques.
