Land at London Road
Allen Scott were engaged by B.Yond Homes (Previously Rydon Homes) from the early stages of planning and design to provide a Landscape and Visual Impact Assessment (LVIA).
The proposed development includes 130 new homes in a development area of 10.15 hectares, with 6.14 hectares falling to open space. Allen Scott were subsequently engaged to prepare a Landscape Framework for the development based on detailed assessment of the Site’s landscape sensitives and opportunities.
The masterplan includes a network of multifunctional green infrastructure, biodiversity enhancements and the protection of distinctive and valued landscape features. Working alongside ecologists and the wider design team a Landscape and Ecological Management Plan (LEMP) was prepared to support these proposals.
